Gender Any

Age Range 18 - 99 years

Participant qualification(s) -18 years or older -Diagnosis of shingles eye disease -English or Spanish speaking -Willing and able to respond to the study surveys

Not eligible if: -Unable to communicate in English or Spanish -Participation in a concurrent shingles eye clinical trial
