Study Qualifications

Gender Any

Age Range 18 - 45 years

Participant qualification(s) - Males and females between the ages of 18 - 45 years - Body mass index between 18.5-49 kg/m2 - Self- identify as one of the following races/ethnicities: African American/black, Asian, American Indian, Bi-racial, Hispanic/Latino/a - Agrees to abstain from caffeine, tobacco, alcohol for 12 hours and vigorous exercise for 24 hours

Not eligible if: - Currently pregnant or plan to become pregnant - Gained/lost more than 6.5 lbs in last 2 months - Had an injury limiting daily activities in the last 3 months - An elite athlete who exercises every day -Diagnosed with cardiovascular, metabolic or musculoskeletal disease
