Assessing MyChart Usability

Description

We would like to study patient perceptions regarding the usability and satisfaction of the MyChart patient portals at UNC Health Care as well as comparing the consenting process between in-person and online consent sessions. This is done through a semi- structured interview and brief surveys. This study should last less than one hour.

English-speaking adults who have active UNC MyChart patient portals and have had an appointment at a UNC Health Care clinic or facility within the last 3 months.
