The Psychology Department at UNC is conducting a research study to learn more about the experiences of individuals in committed relationships.

Study Population

We are looking for adult couples who are in 1) long-distance relationships or 2) relationships where both members are living in the same geographic area.

Participant qualification(s) Both members of each couple must be willing to participate to be included in the study. To see if you are eligible for the study, complete the following short questionnaire: If you are eligible, a study staff member will reach out to you soon.

Not eligible if: If your partner is not interested in participating, you will not be eligible.

Participation Period

60-80 minutes


$25 amazon gift card per person ($50 per couple) if all study tasks are completed.
