This clinical trial will study if Mitogel is an effective treatment option for patients with low grade kidney cancer and may reduce the need for surgical intervention. Patients with low grade, non invasive upper kidney cancer who have not responded well to current treatments and would like to avoid removal of kidney are potential candidates for treatment with Mitogel therapy.

Study Qualifications

Gender Any

Age Range 18 - 99 years

Participant qualification(s) New or recurrent low grade, non invasive upper tract renal cancer, Persons with life expectancy greater than 24 months

Not eligible if: Having received BCG treatment 6 months prior to first study visit, Have had invasive urinary cancer in the past 5 years or high grade past 2 years
